Once again enjoyed a great weekend in Oqossoc, Rangeley, Maine on the shore of Mooselookmeguntic with our gracious hosts, brother and sister in law. Beautiful wildflowers in bloom, deer out and about, loon calls all night, calm water and tumbling skies. Helped with some painting and replacing a few boards on the deck. Spent an hour or so at sunset on a still lake watching the changing light and clouds and listening to the peepers who are still going strong this far north. As I sat and took it all in two loons appeared from nowhere and fished around my kayak...
