  • Railroad Marker where we cross the tracks and start out... I knew it must be a mile marker, but couldn't make myself believe the Conway Scenic Railroad was 85 miles long, so, I had no clue what it designated until I just looked it up, <br />

It marks mile 85 on the MOUNTAIN DIVISION RAILROAD LINE AND CONWAY BRANCH RAILROAD LINE that runs from P 51 (mile 51) on the Maine border in Conway to Lunenburg, VT. More here: <br />
